About this role

Our business mainly consists of cross-border fund transfers, same-name account allocation, and settlement services as a licensed remittance service provider registered with AUSTRAC in Australia. You will be based in the Hong Kong office, which handles customer relationships and market operations, working across teams in Sydney, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen.

Key responsibilities

• Account opening support: collect and conduct initial review of corporate and individual customer account opening documentation, follow up on the whole client onboarding journey, and liaise with the Sydney compliance team until client is successfully onboarded

• Transaction and after-sales support: track customer payment progress, handle instruction confirmations, documents and payment slips, assist with reconciliation, and follow up on exceptions the same day while coordinating with Sydney and Shenzhen colleagues to close issues

• Customer service: serve as the first point of contact for Hong Kong time zone customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and instant messaging tools with substantive replies or clear progress updates within committed timeframes

• Customer records and data: maintain CRM customer files and product activation records to ensure data completeness and traceability

• Administrative support: prepare meeting minutes, archive documents, and assist with daily Hong Kong office operations

About you

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin (primary languages for customer communication); English as a working language to communicate in writing and verbally with Sydney colleagues
• Diploma or above; accounting, finance, business, or related background preferred
• 1–3 years of work experience; experience in accounting firms, banks, securities firms, insurance, payment services, or other financial services is preferred
• Cross-border payment experience is not required; the company provides product, account opening process, and compliance training with mentoring
• Attention to detail with sensitivity to numbers and documents, organised approach, able to manage multiple customer processes in parallel and close them on time
• Proficient in Excel; experience with CRM, accounting systems, or KYC platforms is a plus
• Legal right to work in Hong Kong
