About the role

Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services for telecom and financial customers, ensuring stable and reliable operation of DNS systems and resolving any issues customers encounter during use.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services for telecom and financial customers
• Ensure product stability and reliability
• Prepare and submit monthly service reports
• Handle case responses and quickly locate problems
• Write change plans, implementation plans, and rollback plans
• Maintain professional ethics, conduct standards, and rigorous work style

About you

• Familiar with GSLB principles and use cases
• Familiar with mainstream load balancer usage and operation methods
• Proficient in layers 4-7 load balancing principles
• Familiar with routing, switching, security and other network technology theory
• Understand financial and telecom customer data center network architecture and partition design
• Proficient in protocol analysis and problem identification and troubleshooting
• Good communication skills and ability to write and maintain technical documentation including operation manuals, configuration guides, and fault handling procedures
• Must hold a Hong Kong identity card
• Based in Hong Kong

岗位职责：

1、主要负责为运营商/金融客户提供驻场技术支持和维护服务，确保产品的稳定性和可靠性运行，以解决客户在使用DNS系统过程中遇到的任何问题；

2、服务月报制定及提交；case处理的响应及问题快速的定位；

3、变更方案、实施方案、回退方案的编写；

4、具有良好的职业道德及行为规范，严谨的工作作风。

技能要求：

1、熟悉GSLB的原理及使用场景，熟悉主流负载均衡厂商负载均衡的使用及操作方法；

2、熟练掌握4到7层负载均衡原理，熟悉路由、交换、安全等网络技术理论知识；

3、了解金融/运营商客户数据中心网络架构及分区设计；

4、熟练掌握协议分析及问题定位与排查；

5、具备良好的沟通能力及编写和维护技术文档，包括操作手册、配置指南、故障处理流程能力等。
