全日餐厅服务员

• 负责全日餐厅迎宾、点单、上菜、席间服务及结账等全流程顾客服务工作，确保服务流程规范、高效、亲切； 2. 主动了解顾客需求，及时响应并妥善处理用餐过程中的各类咨询与合理诉求； 3. 保持餐区环境整洁有序，按标准完成餐具摆台、清洁消毒、物料补充及设备日常维护； 4. 协同厨房、吧台及其他服务岗位，保障高峰时段运营顺畅与服务质量稳定； 5. 参与餐厅日常培训与服务标准演练，持续提升服务意识与专业素养。
• 高中或中专及以上学历， hospitality management、旅游管理、餐饮服务等相关专业优先； 2. 具备1年以上高端酒店、精品餐饮或国际连锁餐厅一线服务经验，熟悉西餐/融合菜系服务流程者优先； 3. 具备良好的普通话表达能力，能进行基础英语日常沟通（如问候、点单、指引等）； 4. 形象端正，举止得体，具备较强的服务意识、应变能力及团队协作精神； 5. 能适应轮班制工作安排，包括周末、节假日及晚间班次。
