• 负责客房日常清洁与整理，包括床铺整理、地面清洁、卫生间消毒、物品补充及设施检查，确保符合酒店卫生与服务标准。 2. 按照规范流程完成客房入住前准备、住中维护及退房后深度清洁，及时响应宾客服务需求。 3. 协助办理客人物品借用等基础服务，保持工作区域整洁有序，发现异常情况及时上报。
• 学历不限，旅游管理、酒店管理、家政服务等相关专业优先。 2. 具备1年以上酒店、民宿或高端物业客房服务工作经验，熟悉客房清洁标准与操作流程。 3. 具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力，能耐心细致地处理日常服务事务；身体健康，能适应轮班制工作安排。
