该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责开发新的制造工艺技术、设备、及流程创新，支持精益生产计划 2.参与自动化方案评审，夹具、设备优化 3.评估与导入新型物料或间接物料（IDM) 4.开发、扩展工厂的制造管理系统（例：MES）与I4.0系统计划实施 5.上级交代的其他任务
任职要求： 1.熟悉电子产品制造工艺（焊接、涂覆、点胶、SMT和波峰焊等） 2.掌握机械调试能力/经验、了解通讯协议和底层逻辑 3.时间/项目管理能力需比较突出（持有绿带、黑带证书优先） 4.有较强的动手能力及现场改善能力，团队合作意识要强
