Your Tasks

**Provide On-site and Remote Technical Support:**Deliver daily operation and maintenance support for end-user desktop applications, business applications, and IT equipment. Quickly respond to and resolve software faults, system recovery, migration, and other on-site issues.

**提供现场与远程技术支持:**负责终端用户桌面应用、业务应用及IT设备的日常运维支持,快速响应并处理软件故障、系统恢复及迁移等现场问题。

**Participate in Software Development and Deployment:**Assist in basic software development, software packaging and distribution, PC image management, antivirus operations, and other routine IT maintenance tasks to ensure a stable IT environment.

**参与软件开发与部署:**协助进行简单的软件开发、软件打包与分发、PC镜像管理及防病毒等基础运维工作,确保IT环境稳定运行。

**Perform Issue Diagnosis and Standard Escalation:**Follow established IT processes to conduct preliminary troubleshooting and issue identification. Clearly and accurately document and escalate problem descriptions (e.g., using 5W2H methodology) to the upper-level team, facilitating timely issue resolution.

**问题诊断与规范上报:**按照既定IT流程,对事件进行初步排查与问题定位,能清晰、准确地记录并向上级团队反馈问题现象(如5W2H描述),推动问题闭环解决。

**Collaborate and Continuously Learn:**Actively cooperate with Tier 1/2/3 IT teams on incident handling and project execution. Proactively learn new technologies, and provide basic process guidance or operational training to business departments when needed.

**协同协作与学习提升:**积极配合一至三级IT团队完成故障处理及项目推进,主动学习新技术,并为业务部门提供基础的流程培训或操作指导。

**Maintain a Professional Service Attitude:**Communicate with business units with patience and professionalism, provide timely progress updates, and strive to enhance user satisfaction. Participate in the execution and optimization of various internal IT projects within the team.

**保持专业服务态度:**与业务部门沟通时保持耐心和专业性,及时通报处理进展,致力于提升用户满意度,并参与团队内部各类IT项目的执行与优化。

Your Qualifications

Have a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT-related disciplines. Internship or work experience in end-user support, business application support, or programming is preferred.

具有计算机科学、软件工程或IT相关专业教育背景,有终端用户支持、业务应用支持或编程方向的实习或工作经验者优先。

Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (such as Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.) is considered a plus.

熟悉微软技术体系(如Windows、Office 365、Active Directory等)可作为加分项。

Possess good written and oral English communication skills, capable of handling basic technical exchanges in daily work.

具备良好的书面与口头英语沟通能力,能够在日常工作中进行基本的技术交流。

Enjoy rapidly learning new technologies, skilled at analyzing issues and identifying root causes, with strong self-motivation and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Maintain a keen interest in computer technologies, willing to continuously expand core knowledge, and participate in various IT projects and operational support tasks with a proactive attitude.
