高级结构设计工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 一、岗位职责

• 独立设计：Lead the systems design and development of Domestic appliances and Motion robots according to product specification and requirements.

根据产品规格和要求，主导家用电器和运动机器人的系统设计和开发。

• 组织设计评审：Review design, DFMEA, tooling DFM, Tolerance analysis and Create 2D drawings. 审查设计，DFMEA，模具DFM，公差分析和创建2D图纸。
• 样品制作，分析报告：Make prototype to verify design and generate analysis report. 制作原型以验证设计并生成分析报告。
• 确认产品量产：Implement sample approval procedure to make sure parts can be introduced to Mass Production. 执行样品批准程序，确保零件能投入量产。
• 解决产品生产问题：Solve problems occurring in design, assembly and production. 解决设计、装配和生产中出现的问题。
• 测试产品性能：Design of experiments to test product functionality and reliability. 设计验证及测试产品的功能和可靠性。
• 解决产品设计问题Interact with customer and supplier on product related issues, perform failure analysis and solve problems related to product design.与客户和供应商就产品相关问题进行沟通，进行故障分析并解决产品设计相关问题。
• 更改产品设计：Design changing as per design control procedure.根据设计控制程序优化设计。
• 其他：Documentation: PRD, test report, etc.文档管理: PRD，测试报告等。

二、任职资格 1.学历：Bachelor or above 本科及以上

• 专业：Mechanical design, tooling design, Automation or related 机械设计，模具设计，自动化或相关专业

三、培训及工作经验 1.行业经验：3 years of working experience or above in Vacuum cleaner or Motion robots.

3年以上吸尘器产品或运动机器人的工作经验。 四、其他 （一）素质要求：

• Strong mechanical knowledge in motor gearbox design and vacuum product development or the relevant filed.
• Excellent experience of plastic toolings.
• Excellent and effective English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in use of 3D design tools (UG or Solidworks desirable) and 2D drawings.
• Familiar with safety and certification of small household appliance.
• Familiar with Electronic components, such as sensor, motor, blower, linear motor, connectors, etc.
• Experience of air duct design and simulation is a big plus.
• Readiness to travel (＞20%) 1. 在电机齿轮箱设计和吸尘器产品开发或相关领域有较强的理论知识。 2. 在塑料模具方面有丰富的经验。 3. 优秀的英语口语和书面沟通能力。 4. 熟练使用 3D 设计软件（最好使用 UG 或 Solidworks）和 2D 图纸。 5. 熟悉小家电产品的安规及认证。 6. 熟悉电子元器件，如各种传感器，风扇，线性马达，连接器等。 7. 有风道设计与仿真经验者优先。 8. 愿意接受出差（＞20%）
