该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责： Key Functions 1. 负责细胞库检定项目中内外源病毒污染检测。 Responsible for viral contaminant testing for both adventitious viruses and retrovirus in the cell bank characterization projects. 2. 负责病毒相关常规检测，如 qPCR、Elisa、细胞病变、血凝或血吸附、特异性免疫荧光、TEM 等。 Responsible for routine test for various viral related tests, such as plaque assay, cytopathic effects, hemagglutination or hemadsorption, specific immunofluorescent, TEM, etc. 3. 负责各种指示细胞培养，负责细胞库的建立。 Responsible for the production of the analytical cell bank. 4. 负责各种病毒复制，负责病毒库的建立。 Responsible for the production and purification of the indicator virus. 5. 撰写实验原始记录、报告等。 Write the original records and reports of the experiment. 6. 理解并遵守已有的质量保证体系和样品流转程序。 Understand and follow established quality assurance and chain-of-custody procedures. 7. 负责仪器使用操作及日常维护。 Responsible for instrument operation and daily maintenance. 8. 独立撰写实验室技术报告，如开发报告、研究报告、研究总结报告等。 Independently write standard operation protocol, technical reports of laboratory experiments. 职位要求： Qualifications 1. 本科及以上学历；或其他学历，具有同等的病毒或细胞相关工作经验；

Bachelor degree or above; Or other education, with equivalent virus or cell related work experience; 2.

掌握病毒学知识，熟练掌握病毒复制技术； Proficient virology knowledge and in virus replication technology; 3. 掌握哺乳动物细胞培养技术，熟悉无菌操作；

Experience in mammalian cell culture technology, familiar with aseptic operation; 4. 具备生物检测安全知识和消毒知识； Familiar with bioassay safety knowledge and disinfection knowledge; 5. 熟悉生物学和病毒学检测仪器； Familiarity with instrumentation for biology and virology assays; 6. 有一定的GMP意识； Have a certain GMP awareness; 7. 具备技术问题解决能力； Have the ability of trouble shooting； 8. 良好的英语水平，具备流利的沟通能力，和书面撰写能力。 Good command of English, fluent communication skills, and writing skills.
