About the role

This role involves expanding cross-border supply chain finance business in medium to large enterprise markets through multiple channels including telephone, online, and offline visits. You will identify potential sales opportunities and meet company performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Expand cross-border supply chain finance business in medium to large enterprise markets through telephone, online, and offline channels, identify potential sales opportunities, and complete company performance targets
• Master cross-border customer business characteristics, analyse competitor products and potential market situations, and provide direction for company product optimization
• Coordinate efficiently across product, market, sales, solutions, and operations departments to drive business development
• Leverage industry resources and sales capabilities in cross-border e-commerce, B2B foreign trade, logistics, OTA, and software services sectors; build connections with potential customers through personal networks, external resources, and industry activities to develop business partnerships
• Maintain sensitivity to and track industry-related information, explore and promote new business cooperation models to drive sustainable business development

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English
• 3 or more years of sales experience in enterprise services or financial services sectors
• Strong self-drive and strict execution capability; results-oriented with strong sense of responsibility for both process and outcomes
• Outstanding communication skills (concise and direct), with ability to identify and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Agile thinking, good adaptability and stress management capability; keen market insight and accurate judgment
