Qualifications & experience
- วุฒิปวส. ขึ้นไป ในสาขาบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีความรู้ เกี่ยวเอกสารในงานบัญชี และมีความรู้เกี่ยวงานภาษีต่างๆ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Express และใช้อีเมล์และคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้นได้ (Microsoft Office)
- มีความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และมีความรอบคอบ ใส่ใจ ในการทำงาน
- มีไหวพริบ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- ขยัน อดทน ซื่อสัตย์ ตรงต่อเวลา และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร มนุษยสัมพันธ์ สามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น และบุคคลภายนอกได้ดี
Tasks & responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายเงิน
- บันทึกบัญชีสำหรับการซื้อ - การขาย
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ (ภพ.30), ภงด.3, ภงด.53
- จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่ายเช็ค
- จัดเก็บใบสำคัญจ่ายพร้อมตรวจสอบเอกสารหลังการจ่ายเช็คให้เรียบร้อย และจัดเรียงใบสำคัญจ่ายตามเลขที่ให้สามารถอ้างอิงได้สะดวกรวดเร็ว
- จัดทำรายงานเจ้าหนี้คงค้างทุกสิ้นเดือนต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- รับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
