该职位来源于猎聘 1. 负责汽车零部件机加工工艺团队的日常管理，制定并优化工艺流程及标准 2. 指导并审核机加工工艺文件（如工艺流程卡、作业指导书），确保符合产品要求及生产规范
- 解决机加工过程中的技术难题，分析工艺缺陷并推动改进，提升产品质量和生产效率
- 参与新产品工艺开发，主导工艺可行性分析及验证，确保新工艺顺利导入量产 任职要求： 1. 机械制造、材料成型等相关专业，具备5年以上汽车零部件行业机加工工艺管理经验
- 精通机加工设备（如CNC、车床、铣床等）的操作及工艺参数优化，熟悉CAD/CAM软件（如UG、Mastercam） 3. 具备较强的团队管理能力、问题解决能力及跨部门协作能力，能适应现场技术支持工作 4. 熟悉IATF 16949质量管理体系，具备工艺标准化及成本优化经验 5.日语可作为工作语言
