岗位：用户运营实习生 岗位职责 1.维护供应商，回复关于求职辅导产品的咨询（服务范围、流程、价格等） 2.售后问题处理：跟进求职辅导产品等售后问题，包括顾问匹配问题、退款咨询等，确保问题闭环 3.客户工单记录、常见问题汇总与反馈归档 4.运营数据统计：周 / 月度运营数据汇总（咨询量、工单量、问题分类等） 任职要求
- 每周至少出勤4-5天，至少实习 3-6 个月
- 耐心细致，能稳定处理重复性咨询
- 沟通表达清晰，有换位思考能力 加分项
