该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1､通过网络平台与客户在线沟通，解答客户疑问、客户投诉处理、客户建议接纳等，及时为客户解决问题
2､无销售性质、能接受晚班 岗位要求： 1､18-35周岁，具备一定的沟通能力，表达能力和理解能力； 2､打字速度60字/分钟以上； 3､大专以上，有经验者可适当放宽； 5､有责任心和耐心，表达清晰有逻辑； 4､热爱客服工作，具备一定的抗压力能力； 工作时间： 班次一：8:00-17:00
8小时 班次二：16:00-24:00
薪资福利： 1、 双休 次月20号发工资 2、包住不包吃
