[岗位职责】总量研究员 1、配合研究跟踪国内宏观基本面; 2、跟踪日常重要市场信息; 3、参与实体基本面跟踪汇报; 4、投资经理交办的其他事项 [岗位要求】 1、有一定的编程能力或能灵活使用AI编程; 2、对总量研究（宏观策略）有较高的兴趣; 3、具备较强的研究以及快速学习能力; 4、理工科以及金融背景优先; 5、保证每周至少4天实习； 6、硕士研究生及以上，特别优秀的也可以酌情放宽至本科
