法务主管

Requirements：

要求：

1. With good professional ability, good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, know-how in enterprise legal field;
   具备良好的专业能力，具备良好的职业操守、责任心强，了解企业法务工作；
2. Bachelor's degree or above in law, passed the Mainland China Judicial Examination or holder of Hong Kong Lawyer's License；
   法学专业本科及以上学历，需持有中国大陆司法考试或境外律师牌照；
3. At least 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or law firms, experience in legal affairs in state-owned enterprises is preferred, and familiarity with overseas construction projects is preferred.;
   至少5年公司法务或律师事务所工作经验，有国有企业法务经验者优先，熟悉海外工程建设项目者优先；
4. Acceptance to work overtime and travel according to work needs;
   能够根据工作需要加班和出差；
5. Strong writing skills and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese;
   普通话和英文都有较强的写作和表达能力；
6. Able to independently analyze and solve complex issues in legal work, with acute insight and judgement;
   能够独立分析和解决法务工作中的问题，具备敏锐的洞察力和判断力；
7. Effective communication skills with internal and external project staffs, legal counsels, lawyers, etc. to ensure the smooth progress of legal work;
   与公司内部和外部项目人员、法务人员、律师等有效沟通，确保法务工作的顺利进行;
8. Excellent report writing and oral presentation skills, able to clearly and accurately communicate legal review opinions and recommendations.
   具备出色的报告撰写和口头表达能力，能够清晰、准确地传达法律审查意见和建议。
9. Fluent in Office software.
   熟练掌握Office办公软件。

Responsibilities：
职责

1. Conducting legal reviews and issuing opinions and recommendations on overseas construction projects, investment and financing projects, and corporate management matters；
   对公司的海外工程建设项目、投融资项目及公司经营事项进行法律审查、出具意见和建议；
2. Responsible for the selection and management of the company's project lawyers；
   负责公司项目律师的选聘与管理；
3. Identify, assess and analyze the company's legal risks in the conduct of projects and day-to-day operations, and escalate to management;
   识别、评估和分析公司在项目开展及日常经营中的法律风险，并上报至管理层；
4. Responsible for the development of the company's internal legal work plan
   and to complete the relevant work, as required, with the higher authorities to complete the relevant work；
   负责制定公司内部法务工作计划并完成相关工作，根据需要配合上级机构完成相关工作；
5. Complete other assigned work.
   完成其它交办工作。
