服務總監主要負責統籌及督導康復服務，包括智障院舍、地區支援及外展康復服務等，並處理服務相關的對外聯繫及社區協作。應徵者須：
- 具社會工作學位之註冊社工，最少10年學位社工經驗，並曾擔任領導及管理服務的職位
- 須推動服務的開拓及發展，對康復服務需要及相關政策熟悉，對康復服務發展有遠景和承擔，具策略性管理、領導創新服務及自負盈虧項目、開拓服務資源等能力，並擅長撰寫投標服務的計劃書
- 具碩士學位、康復服務資歷可獲優先考慮
