- 為殘疾人士提供家居 / 社區照顧服務，包括護送服務及交通接送
- 協助殘疾人士的個人照顧，並支援日間中心之工作
- 協助推行室內及戶外活動
申請資格：
- 中三程度或以上
- 能閱讀書寫中文及操流利廣東話
- 具責任心、愛心、耐性，及態度良好
- 每星期工作一至兩天，其中必須包括週六工作，時間為早上九時至下午五時
- 工作地點：上水祥龍圍中心
