規劃與管理主管行程，跨時區協調，並主導會議安排、議程追蹤與決策支持
確保各類文件於時效內合規妥善處理，並有效作為主管與內外部人員的溝通橋樑3. 規劃、分類與維護文件資料檔案，並即時提供準確資料支援
管理國內外差旅安排及相關費用與報銷流程 其他專業支援
學歷：碩士 或大學
系所：商業、管理或相關科系尤佳
經歷：8 年以上專業秘書經驗，具高階主管支援背景保證工作流程的順暢
其他專業條件：具金融、投資、或跨國企業工作經驗者優先相關證照
語文能力：英文聽說讀寫佳，能流利進行跨文化溝通
其他特質：
- 高度保密意識與職業操守
- 主動積極，具前瞻思維，具良好統籌協調能力
- 細節導向，抗壓性與執行力強
