工艺工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 1).和PPS团队一起工作;解决产线的过程问题 Working with manufacturing, QA, Eng, Tech etc ; Be responsible for solving Process problems

• 建立产线的标准化等工艺文件,根据客户和产品质量要求更新和维护相关工艺文件 Set Up WI for Production processes, Maintain & upgrade Process Document in accordance to customer and quality requirement 3) 持续改善,使用GUPS/IE等工具提高产线效率 Continuous process improvement Production efficiency with GUPS/IE Method 4) 根据产线工艺和质量实际要求,改善工装工具, Develop and design tools according to process and quality requirement. 5) 改善生产工艺过程,使其达到工序简单化,人员最优化,高产出,低不良率等 Improve process performance to attain high ***-pass yield, lower production scrap and optimize labor utilization/ process simplification etc 6) 培训生产人员 Train a team of production staff. 7) 贯彻执行各项适用的环境健康安全法律法规及《现场作业环境健康安全须知》 Implement applicable rules and regulations of HSE and On-site HSE Guidelines 1）大学文化，要求工艺或工程背景 College education, with process or engineering background 2）3年及以上相关工艺工程工作经验 At least 3 years of process experience 3）有专业技术、技能，在出现问题时能够冷静思考，运用专业知识解决问题； Specialized skills and theology, can consider calmly when facing problems and settle matters with specialized knowledge and managing techniques

4）了解和应用一些质量工具如6SIGMA和质量体系ISO9000/TS16949等 （sigma 绿带加分项） Know and apply some tools such as 6Sigmaand quality system ISO9000/TS1694.
