- 承接PM kick-off新專案訊息，與專案團隊展開開發時程與工作細項。
- 負責專案從起始、規劃、執行、監控到結案的完整生命週期管理。
- 明確定義專案範疇、目標、里程碑及交付標準，制定詳細的專案計畫並控管進度。
- 有效識別專案風險，制訂與執行風險管理計畫，確保專案順利進行。
- 跨部門協調溝通，確保資源適當分配與整合，解決專案執行中的問題 。
- 定期追蹤與報告專案進度，掌控專案成本與品質，確保達成預定目標。
- 領導與指導專案團隊，培養團隊合作精神，提升團隊績效。
- 協助組織優化內部專案管理流程與制度，提供改進建議，推動持續改善。
- 主管交辦事項。
