⑤１６：３０～９：００
休憩時間
６０分 ※⑤の勤務のみ１２０分

給与・手当
基本給 １５８,０００～２３５,０００円
※これまでの経験を考慮し決定いたします。
資格手当 ７,０００円
住宅手当 ７,０００円
調整手当 １８,０００円（夜勤開始前 １５,０００円）
医療従事者手当 ８,２００円
夜勤手当 １２,０００円／回
交通費 ５０,０００円迄（法人規定により支給）
