• 深入研究小红书等内容平台的流量机制、内容生态和消费趋势，持续输出平台洞察。分析行业动态、竞品策略及消费者行为变化，识别品牌增长机会。
• 制定年度及季度社交媒体种草与投放策略，支持品牌业务目标达成。 2. 内容策划与制作
• 负责小红书内容矩阵规划，包括品牌账号内容及营销主题策划。
• 与创意、设计、媒介及代理商协作，产出高质量种草内容；建立内容效果评估机制，沉淀内容方法论和最佳实践。
• 探索第三类医疗器械产品内容合规路径，优化内容产出效率 3. 媒体投放与运营
• 负责小红书及相关数字媒体投放项目的执行与优化。
• 管理投放预算，监控投放效果及关键指标，包括曝光、互动、点击、转化及新客获取成本。基于数据分析持续优化定向策略、人群策略及投放效率。
• 与媒介及代理商紧密合作，推动项目高质量落地。 4. 新客增长与生意贡献
• 以新客招募为核心目标，推动品效协同营销项目。
• 建立从内容种草到站内外转化的增长链路，提升营销ROI。
• 追踪业务结果，输出增长洞察，为品牌决策提供支持。 任职要求
• 3-5年数字营销、社交媒体和电商相关经验。
• 具备较强的数据分析能力和持续优化能力
• 良好的项目管理能力和跨团队协作能力。
• 结果导向，对用户增长和生意增长有较强敏感度。 优先条件
• 熟悉红书、抖音、微信、B站等平台运营及投放逻辑。
• 具备品牌新客增长项目经验。
