• Leading and driving members include sales, pre-calculation, engineering, purchase, production, quality, service …, to meet the goals according to company strategy and target.

一、关键职责 1.领导与推动成员包括销售、预核算、工程、采购、生产、质量、服 务，以根据公司战略与目标达成任务。

• Create project plan with main milestone for each individual project, continues monitor project status, update projects plan timely, clearly, and precisely. 2.为每个单独的项目创建包含主要里程碑的项目计划，持续监控项目状态，及时、清晰、准确地更新项目计划。
• Project pre-calculation assessment, prevent the cost mistake & risk, push pre-calculation clarify the unqualified part.
• 进行项目预计算评估，预防成本错误和风险，推动预计算以明确不合格部分。
• Arrange project kick off meeting, assess sales documentation to figure out the risks and critical points on specific project with project team. Clarify the missing, risk and unclear part in sales documentation, push sales clarify the unqualified part. 4. 安排项目启动会议，与项目团队一起评估销售文件，以明确特定项目的风险和关键点。明确销售文件中缺失、存在风险和不清楚的部分，并督促销售团队对不合格的部分进行澄清。
• Project execution, manage Q/C/T to meet the demand from both external and internal customers, maximize the benefits for company. 5. 项目执行，管理质量/成本/时间以满足外部和内部客户的需求，为公司实现利益***化。
• Approve and monitor related purchase orders, make sure the project cost is under control. 6. 审批并监控相关采购订单，确保项目成本得到控制。
• Cooperation with cross functional team within organization for regular project execution (long-lead items release, drawings release, components and product sourcing, supplier/quality control, assembly, transport, installation, etc.). 7. 与组织内部跨职能团队合作，定期执行项目（包括长周期项目发布、图纸发布、组件和产品采购、供应商/质量控制、装配、运输、安装等）。
• Support on outsourced equipment vendor assessment, and response on its process management. 8. 支持外包设备供应商评估，并对其流程管理作出回应。
• Bridge the communication between customer and company during project execution (including layout, foundation, special requirement, project schedule, changes, etc.).
• 在项目执行期间（包括布局、基础、特殊要求、项目进度、变更等），搭建客户与公司之间的沟通桥梁。
• Manage the relationship with customer during project execution.
• 在项目执行期间管理客户关系。
• Change management during project execution especially from customer end.
• 项目执行过程中的变更管理，尤其是来自客户方面的变更。
• Continues monitor on project cost status, regularly FSR(monthly min 2 projects) to make sure the profitability of projects. 12. 持续监控项目成本状况，定期进行可行性研究报告（每月至少2个项目），以确保项目的盈利能力。 Daily or Periodic Duties: 日常或定期职责：
• Organize related meetings such as kick-off meeting, delivery meeting if need, installation & commissioning meeting etc.
• 组织相关会议，如启动会议、交付会议（如需要）、安装调试会议等。
• Create visit report, installation team supplementation report, PCM report etc.
• 撰写访问报告、安装团队补充报告、PCM报告等。
• Additional delivery management before FA. 3. 最终验收前的额外交付管理。
• Leading and driving project team manage and solve the problems before FA.
• 领导并推动项目团队在故障分析（FA）之前管理和解决问题。
• Collect project final acceptance after commissioning through project team.
• 通过项目团队在调试后收集项目最终验收信息。
• Hold the Project Close Meeting and report with reasons and suggestions.
• 召开项目总结会议，并汇报原因和建议。
• Collect all delivery/FAC Payment in contract through project team.
• 通过项目团队收取合同中的所有交货/最终验收（FAC）付款。
• Release of all invoices as well as debit/account assignment to individual projects. 8. 发布所有发票，并为各个项目分配借记/账户。
• Update projects status in Merlin once changes.
• 一旦有变更，立即在Merlin中更新项目状态。
• Other tasks from top manager. 10. 来自高层管理者的其他任务。
