激光雷达产线工艺工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities 职责 -主导激光雷达组装生产线的工艺设计、产线导入、工艺维护工作。 -定义并组织P1P2阶段产品专属的生产工艺。 -跟进IPROM（工业化项目评审）相关事项。 -定义工艺流程图，并执行过程失效模式与影响分析（PFMEA）。 -针对每个工艺步骤，与相关设计和测试工程师协同推进DFM（可制造性设计）评审。 -分阶段执行精益工艺设计评审。 -制定工艺验证计划及报告，并组织实施。 -准备并执行全天生产试运行（FDPR）。 -制定采购所需的设备与工装技术规范，并跟进采购进度。 -确保工装/设备从供应商端按照法雷奥标准完成转化交付。 -负责生产试运行、SOP（量产启动）及爬坡阶段的工作，直至将责任顺利移交至量产团队。 -负责项目开发过程中经验教训的沉淀与复用。 -参与工业化工程数据库的维护与完善。 -为PAQ、5 core、Valeo 5000等活动改进贡献力量。 -有质量管理意识并具备CPK/CMK/GR&R的知识和量测能力。 -遵守环境与职业健康安全（EHS）相关法律法规及要求，落实EHS规章制度、程序及作业指导。 -Take the lead in the design, launch, and process maintenance of LiDAR assembly lines. -Defines and organises P12 product specific production means. -IPROM Follow up. -Define the process Flow & Perform PFMEA. -Coordinate/Facilitate the DFM reviews with relevant -Design & test engineers for each process step. -Perform Lean Process Design Reviews -Phase by -Phase. -Generation & Execution of process Qualification plans & Report . -Prepare & Conduct Full day production run (FDPR). -Equipment & tooling specification definition for purchasing and follow up the progress. -Assures tooling/machine transforming from suppliers according to the Valeo standard. -Assures the responsibility for the production trail-run /SOP /ramp-up until the transfer of the responsibility to mass production teams. -Assures the capitalization of lessons learnt during the project development. -Contributes to the enrichment of Engineering Industrialization Database. -Contributing to activity improvement within PAQ, 5 cores, Valeo 5000. -Have quality management awareness and knowledge of CPK/CMK/GR&R, as well as measurement capability. -Obey the EHS laws and related requirements, implement the EHS regulations, procedures and work instructions

Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求 -本科学历。 -具备流利的英语听说读写沟通能力。 -掌握精益制造设计、APQP、PPAP、MSA、PFMEA、DFM规则等实践知识。 -熟练掌握DOE（实验设计）。 -熟悉汽车电子产品组装工艺，能够运用DOE进行故障调试，并制定改进计划。 -掌握常用的失效分析方法，包括X射线、EDS（能谱仪）、切片分析、红墨水测试等。 -熟悉点胶、打螺丝、自动目检、自动上下料工艺及设备。 -具备3年汽车电子产品导入经验。 -具备3年车载激光雷达及工艺导入经验者优先。 Bachelor's degree. -Fluent English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. -Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing design, APQP, PPAP, MSA, PFMEA, DFM rules, etc. -Proficient in DOE (Design of Experiments). -Familiar with automotive electronics product assembly processes, capable of performing failure debugging via ---DOE and developing improvement plans. -Proficient in failure analysis methods, including X-ray, EDS, Cross-Sectioning, Red Dye Penetration Test, etc. -Familiar with dispensing, screw driving, automated optical inspection (AOI), and automated material handling processes and equipment. -Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive electronics product introduction. -Candidates with 3 years of experience in automotive LiDAR product and process introduction are preferred.
