该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、数据治理与标准化：发布主数据字典统一各国口径（六大业务场景数据指标） 2、内场&外场&定损&保养分析：监控待租率、返修率、定损及时率等，根据偏差情况进行综合分析 3、异常预警与归因：动态阈值分级警报&五维度归因（人-机-料-法-环） 4、国别改善与落地：出具《一国一策》（问题→潜力→动作→责任人→时间表） 5、可视化与汇报：数据四级穿透（小总部→国别→基地→单机），出具《资产运营健康度报告》 任职资格： 1、本科及以上，统计学/数据科学/机械工程/财务相关专业 2、经验：5年+数据分析，3年+重资产行业，海外经历优先 3、工具：熟悉办公软件，精通SQL、Python、Power BI等
