机械传动工程师（润滑系统）

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities： The main function is to be the local component specialist of certain mechanical components of the wind turbine (such as lubrication systems and others) and support /perform component homologations of local suppliers in China. 主要负责风电整机各类机械零部件（润滑系统等）本土化技术统筹，主导并协助国内供应商完成零部件认证审核工作。

• Develop automatic lubrication systems and/or other components of the wind turbine with local suppliers in alignment with the corresponding component owner and system owner at Nordex. 联合国内供应商协同开发风电自动润滑系统及其他零部件，对接总部零部件负责人与系统负责人同步推进项目。
• Ensure that Nordex requirements, component technical specifications and validation plans are fulfilled by the local suppliers in China. 监督国内供应商严格落实企业技术标准、零部件技术规范及各项验证试验方案。
• Be the technical focal point in China for the components being specialist. Coordination with other departments like Quality, Sourcing and Material Management, providing the necessary technical support for different activities. 担任对应零部件国内技术对接总负责人，联动质量、采购、物料管理等部门，提供全流程技术支撑。
• Support to Nordex Production, for assembly or quality issues and for testing and validation purposes. 协助生产部门解决装配、质量类问题，配合完成产品测试与验证相关工作。
• Contribute to the necessary RCAs or 8D processes related with the components being specialist. 牵头及参与所辖零部件相关的根本原因分析、8D 问题整改流程推进工作。 Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering 机械工程专业本科或硕士学历
• Native Mandarin + Professional English level 母语为汉语，具备专业英语读写及沟通能力 3. 5+ years of Engineering in the wind industry 拥有五年及以上风电行业工程相关工作经验
