该职位来源于猎聘 岗位要求：
- 硕士及以上学历，微电子、集成电路或相关专业。
- 熟悉数字后端设计流程，具备 netlist to GDS 全流程经验优先。
- 熟练使用主流 APR 及 signoff 工具（Innovus／ICC2、PrimeTime、PrimeClosure、Calibre 等）。
- 精通 Perl／Tcl／Python 脚本语言，并能运用 AI 工具实现优化流程、提升设计与开发效率佳 。
- 具备良好的逻辑思维、独立解决问题能力，工作细心、结果导向、认真负责，具备团队协作精神。
岗位职责：
- 独立完成数字芯片的物理设计全流程，包括布局布线，静态时序分析， 功耗分析，物理验证（DRC/LVS）等
- 熟练掌握主流 EDA 后端工具，并精通 Perl/Tcl/Python 等脚本语言进行流程自动化
- 主管安排的其他相关任务
