该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、熟悉小红书平台，承接客户小红书品效销各种需求和项目要求，独立产出策划方案并参与比稿，配合运营给到客户f+s的复盘 2、了解小红书投放逻辑，能将策略方案及投放数据有效结合 3、能独立完成策略推导及social idea产出 任职要求： 1、2年以上小红书平台营销策划经验，应聘需提供作品集 2、本科以上学历，广告公关、新闻传播、市场营销等相关专业优先考虑 3、有数据处理和竞品分析能力，逻辑清晰，思维活跃，有网感 4、熟悉小红书平台营销方式比如kfs，熟悉灵犀、千瓜等数据平台 **加分项 1、善于联动小红书生态资源为方案增值，用创新的形式、资源整合竞争到更多商机 2、能准确洞察客户brief中的深层次需求，解决客户问题
