该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责日常客户沟通与邮件往来，确保客户满意度维持在95%以上 2.参与国际项目协调，支持至少3个以上跨境项目的文档翻译与进度跟进 3.协助处理商务谈判资料准备与会议口译，年度支持商务活动不少于10场 4.跟进进出口报关单证审核与物流协调，确保单据准确率100% 任职要求： 1.英语、商务英语或相关专业应届本科毕业生，TEM-8或同等水平 2.具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力与客户服务意识，能适应快节奏工作环境 3.熟悉国际贸易流程和单证操作，有相关实习经验者优先 4.熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基础的数据处理与分析能力
