采购专员/助理

该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述：

• Place purchase orders to vendors based on the material requirements planning.

依据物料需求计划，向供应商下达采购订单。

• Coordinate internally (with planner and customer service team) and externally (with vendors) for any delivery problem. 针对各类交期异常问题，开展内部（计划员、客服团队）及外部（供应商）协同对接。
• Negotiate with vendors for delivery expedition, and communicate with vendors for any urgent cases.

与供应商协商推动交期加急，就各类紧急业务事项与供应商沟通对接。

• Negotiate with vendors for inventory control based on material requirements planning. 依据物料需求计划，与供应商沟通谈判，落实库存管控工作。
• Work with Logistics department to import the goods from overseas vendors timely. 协同物流部门，保障海外供应商货物及时完成进口。
• Work with Finance AP team for any payment issue at vendor site.

对接财务应付账款（AP）团队，处理供应商端各类付款相关问题。

• Work with SQE and IQC for any quality issue.

出现质量问题时，协同供应商质量工程师（SQE）与进料检验（IQC）开展处理。

• Work with Vendor & Logistic department for Return Material Authorization.

协同供应商及物流部门，处理物料退货授权（RMA）相关事宜。

• Work with planning team to release forecast to vendors for key projects. 联合计划团队，向供应商同步重点项目的需求预测。
• Manage the performance of the suppliers. 开展供应商绩效的管理工作。 任职要求：
• College’s degree or above. Good in English listening, speaking and writing.

大专及以上学历，英语听说读写能力良好。 2.5 years’ experiences in purchasing field, with Chip/semiconductor procurement experience is preferred.

5 年采购领域工作经验，有芯片 / 半导体采购经验优先。

• Have knowledge about trading, transportation, and imports, especially working with overseas suppliers.

熟悉贸易、货运及进口相关业务，有海外供应商对接经验尤佳。

• Have a working knowledge of personal computers, especially for Microsoft office software.

熟练操作电脑，精通微软 Office 办公软件。

• Understanding the basic knowledge of supply chain management, and ability to use one kind of MRP/ERP software.

掌握供应链管理基础知识，会使用至少一款 MRP/ERP 系统。

• Good coordination and communication skills, possession of basic problem-solving skills.

优秀的协调沟通能力，具备基础问题处理能力。
