该职位来源于猎聘 系统部署/平台运维工程师 Systems Engineer — Deployment / Platform Engineer 地点：上海 岗位职责 Role Mission 负责 AD 数据平台及其支撑基础设施的部署、配置、发布、升级、基础设施集成以及生产就绪保障工作。Own deployment, configuration, release, upgrade, infrastructure integration, and operational readiness for the AD data platform and its supporting infrastructure. 关键职责 Key Responsibilities

• 利用 Docker、Kubernetes、Helm、部署脚本以及配置管理实践，为平台应用程序开发可重复的部署和发布机制。Develop repeatable deployment and release mechanisms for platform applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, deployment scripts, and configuration-management practices.
• 部署、配置和维护共享平台组件，例如 Kafka、PostgreSQL、MongoDB、Redis、Elasticsearch、Airflow、Prefect、Argo Workflows、Kubeflow、Ray、Spark 和 Flink。Deploy, configure, and maintain shared platform components such as Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, Airflow, Prefect, Argo Workflows, Kubeflow, Ray, Spark, and Flink.
• 将平台应用程序和分布式工作负载与 HDFS、OSS、CPU 资源、GPU 资源、网络、DNS、TLS、身份验证和监控服务进行集成。Integrate platform applications and distributed workloads with HDFS, OSS, CPU resources, GPU resources, networking, DNS, TLS, authentication, and monitoring services.
• 维护开发、集成、测试、预生产和生产环境，并确保环境配置具有可重现性。Maintain development, integration, test, staging, and production environments and ensure environment configurations remain reproducible.
• 制定并推行标准化组件的安装、配置、升级、回滚和发布流程。Standardize installation, configuration, upgrade, rollback, and release procedures across platform components.
• 支持 Alpha、Beta 和正式发布 (GA) 部署工作，并与开发团队协调量产环境割接工作。 Support Alpha, Beta, and GA deployment activities and coordinate production rollout with development teams.
• 为关键平台组件制定备份、恢复、灾难恢复和回滚流程。Develop backup, recovery, disaster-recovery, and rollback procedures for critical platform components.
• 诊断并解决基础设施、部署、兼容性、性能和资源利用率方面的问题。Diagnose and resolve infrastructure, deployment, compatibility, performance, and resource-utilization issues.
• 编写并维护部署文档、操作流程、故障排除指南和运维手册。Develop and maintain deployment documentation, operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and runbooks.
• 提升部署自动化水平、发布可靠性、基础设施可观测性及运营效率。Improve deployment automation, release reliability, infrastructure observability, and operational efficiency.
• 与应用和基础设施工程师合作，确定新平台功能的资源需求和部署架构。Work with application and infrastructure engineers to define resource requirements and deployment architectures for new platform capabilities. 必备资质

Required Qualifications

• 4年以上DevOps、平台工程、SRE或部署工程相关经验 4+ years of DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or deployment engineering experience.
• 具备扎实的Linux系统管理技能 Strong Linux administration skills.
• 具备丰富的Docker和Kubernetes使用经验 Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• 具备分布式应用程序部署经验 Experience deploying distributed applications.
• 对网络、DNS、TLS、存储及安全基础知识有深入理解 Strong understanding of networking, DNS, TLS, storage, and security fundamentals.
• 具备CI/CD系统及自动化部署经验 Experience with CI/CD systems and automated deployments.
• 具备生产环境基础设施故障排查经验
• Experience troubleshooting production infrastructure. 优先资质

Preferred Qualifications

• 具备部署 Spark、Flink、Kafka、Airflow、Prefect、Argo Workflows、Ray 或 Kubeflow 的经验。Experience deploying Spark, Flink, Kafka, Airflow, Prefect, Argo Workflows, Ray, or Kubeflow.
• 具备部署 PostgreSQL、MongoDB、Redis 和 Elasticsearch 的经验 Experience deploying PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• 具备操作 HDFS 及对象存储系统的运维经验
• Experience operating HDFS and object-storage-backed systems.
• 具备 GPU 工作负载的运维经验。Experience operating GPU workloads.
• 具备数据平台或机器学习平台（ML平台）的运维经验 Experience supporting data platforms or ML platforms.
• 具备合规管控环境或本地化部署云环境的运维经验 Experience with compliance-controlled or on-premise cloud environments.
