• Identify local authority requirements and approval process as required for approval.了解政府部门的要求和审批流程。
• Develop and prepare project-specific permitting execution plan and procedures in accordance with requirements of Chinese laws and local regulations.基于国家和地方法规，准备各项目的许可证执行计划及程序。
• Follow up with permit applications until all required permits are duly secured for project execution.跟踪并确保取得项目执行需要的许可证。
• Coordinate both internal and external parties for permitting related activities, including consultations, meetings, clarifications, etc.协调许可工作有关的外部和内部各方工作，包括咨询、会议、澄清等。 任职资格：
• At least 5 years of working experience with engineering company, in field of local permitting or authority management.至少5年工程公司政府协调工作经验。
• Solid knowledge of Chinese laws, regulations and local authorities’ requirements in permitting of engineering and construction project.熟悉国家法律，规定以及当地政府部门对于工程和建筑工程项目许可证的要求。
• Good command of both written and spoken English with strong communications skills.英语书面和口语良好，沟通能力强。
