這個崗位，我們看業績。 我們會在面試時把目標講得清清楚楚，讓你自己判斷做不做得到——因為我們想找的，是想贏的人。

你將會：

• 主動開發客源，經營客戶關係至重複成交及轉介

• 運用社交平台（Facebook、Instagram、小紅書等）接觸及跟進客戶

• 為客人講解腕錶的來歷、狀況與價值，促成交易

• 跟進交付、保養、維修及檢測安排，直至客人滿意

• 使用公司提供的 AI 工具處理日常客戶紀錄與跟進（不需懂技術，肯用就可以）

我們期望你：

• 積極自動、願意嘗試、勇於接受挑戰——這三項我們是認真的

• 善於使用社交平台（Facebook／Instagram／小紅書等）

• 接受以業績（毛利）為主要考核基礎；本崗位設有明確的業績目標，面試時會完整說明

• 誠實——對客人、對同事、對數字誠實

入職條件：

• 必須具備銷售經驗（行業不限）——你知道一單生意是怎樣談成的

• 過往銷售業績優異者優先考慮——面試時請準備說明你的往績

• 學歷不設限：本崗位以銷售往績及客戶關係能力為評核基礎

• 語文：粵語流利，能以中文與客人溝通；具英語或普通話能力者優先（本店客戶包括

海外及內地訪客）

• 具手錶行業經驗（授權零售商背景尤佳）或管理經驗者優先

我們提供：

• 底薪 HK$16,000／月 ＋ 佣金（按毛利計算，不設上限）——達到月度業績目標者，

月入約 HK$25,000 – HK$31,000（按公司現行佣金制度計算，實際視乎個人業績及全

店表現）

• 業績達標，每月可獲額外 4 天特別假；所有紅日假期休息

• 工作時間：星期一至五 10:00 - 19:00；星期六 10:00 - 17:00（五天半工作）

Timepiece Advisor (Client-Facing Sales) — Luxury Watch Retail

Every watch that passes through our hands carries a story. We are looking for someone who can tell that story to the right person — and close the sale.

Legacy Artisan is a leading luxury watch retailer in Hong Kong, now in our sixth year.

We do not do hard selling, and we do not wait for walk-ins. We believe a good timepiece advisor builds a business out of expertise, honesty and initiative — your clients, your social platforms, your network, your business.

This role is measured on results. We will set out the targets clearly at interview so you can judge for yourself whether you can hit them — because we are looking for people who want to win.

What you will do:

• Develop new clients and grow existing relationships into repeat business and referrals

• Reach and follow up with clients through social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, RED/Xiaohongshu)

• Explain a watch's provenance, condition and value; close the sale

• Follow through on delivery, servicing, repair and authentication until the client is satisfied

• Use the company's AI tools for day-to-day client records and follow-ups (no technical background needed)

What we look for:

• Self-starting, willing to try, ready for a challenge — we mean these three

• Fluent with social platforms (Facebook / Instagram / RED)

• Comfortable being measured primarily on gross profit; clear performance targets apply and will be explained in full at interview

• Honest — with clients, with colleagues, with numbers

Requirements:

• Sales experience is required (any industry) — you know how a deal actually gets done

• A strong sales track record is a distinct advantage — be ready to walk us through your numbers at interview

• No formal academic requirement: this role is assessed on sales track record and client relationship skills

• Language: fluent Cantonese and written Chinese; English or Mandarin is an advantage (our clients include overseas and Mainland visitors)

• Watch industry experience (authorized dealer background especially welcome) or management experience is a plus

What we offer:

• Base salary HK$16,000/month plus commission (calculated on gross profit, no cap) — advisors who meet the monthly target typically earn around HK$25,000 – HK$31,000 (based on the company's current commission scheme; actual earnings depend on individual and store performance)

• 4 extra days of special leave each month when you hit target; all public holidays off

• Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 - 19:00; Saturday 10:00 - 17:00 (5.5-day week)

• A visible path: Timepiece Advisor → Senior Advisor → Client Sales Supervisor. We will say it plainly: we are hiring this role to find our future sales and management talent

• First-hand product knowledge and client network in the luxury watch trade

• Direct access to the founder; an AI-collaborative operation that puts you ahead of the curve
