What they need
- คิดค้น พัฒนา และปรับปรุงสูตรสินค้าในกลุ่มอาหารพร้อมทาน Ready to Eat (in Retort Pouch), น้ำจิ้ม/ซอส (Sauces) และผงปรุงรส (Seasonings)
- พัฒนาสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ให้สอดคล้องกับ NPD Brief และ Target cost และให้ทันตาม Launch plan ที่กำหนด
- นำเสนอวัตถุดิบที่มี Innovation และ/หรือที่เป็น Market trends และให้คุณประโยชน์สอดคล้องกับที่ต้องการ
- ทดสอบและจัดทำรายงานสรุป Shelf life และ Stability test ของผลิตภัณฑ์
- สรุปข้อมูลสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์และต้นทุนสินค้าใหม่
- ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการขึ้นทะเบียน อย., ขอ HALAL และการขึ้นทะเบียนอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการส่งวิเคราะห์ต่างๆ
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการพัฒนาสูตรอาหารให้ถูกต้อง ทั้งกฎหมายไทย (อย.) และกฎหมาย/ข้อกำหนดในการส่งออกต่างประเทศ
- งานอื่นๆที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
