What they need
- 对接供应商，完成询价、比价、整理报价资料，下达采购订单，跟进订单交期、样品进度。
- 跟进供应商交货情况，核对采购单据、送货资料，跟进物料异常问题。
- 维护供应商档案，更新供应商资料，整理采购台账与采购相关文件归档。
- 协助内部部门核对需求，跟进样品收发，统计采购相关数据，制作采购报表。
- 岗位以办公室文书处理为主，极少出差，偶尔需要对接内地供应商线上沟通。
- 保守公司采购资料及商业信息，保证单据完整准确。
- 完成上级安排的其他采购相关工作。
本岗位不负责行政前台接待工作。
薪酬： $23,000.00至$27,000.00（每月）
