About the role

We are seeking a Finance Accountant to join our team at 智力策略有限公司. This is a full-time position based in Fo Tan, Sha Tin District. As a Finance Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the financial operations of our organisation. This position is essential to ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing reliable financial information to support business decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Recording and processing financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconciling accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Preparing and maintaining general ledger accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Processing payroll documentation and supporting payroll administration
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Conducting routine audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Supporting tax preparation and compliance activities
• Maintaining organised financial documentation and filing systems
• Liaising with external auditors and other stakeholders as required

What we're looking for

• A recognised accounting qualification such as AAT, ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in numerical work
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and relevant legislation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Experience in processing financial transactions and account reconciliation
• Familiarity with Hong Kong tax and employment regulations is advantageous
