Job Requirements:

1.Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.1–2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources or a related administrative position.

3.Good knowledge of HR administration and employee management procedures.

4.Practical knowledge of salary and payroll administration, including basic salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, statutory contributions, and payroll records.

5.Knowledge of employee contracts, attendance, leave management, employee files, and HR documentation.

6.Good understanding of Tanzania labour laws and employment regulations.

7.Ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.

8.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.

9.Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

10.High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.

11.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work effectively as part of a team.

12.Good command of English and Swahili, both written and spoken.

13.Must be responsible, reliable, professional, and willing to learn
