该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities 1、主导或协助新产品开发项目，确保项目按计划完成，包括产品设计、样品制作、工程图纸及技术文件输出。 Lead or support new product development projects and ensure on-time delivery, including product design, prototype development, engineering drawings, and technical documentation. 2、负责现有产品的维护、优化改进及降本项目的推动与实施。 Be responsible for product maintenance, performance improvement, and cost reduction initiatives for existing products. 3、协助研发经理开展跨部门协作，与销售、生产、品质等团队保持高效沟通，确保项目顺利推进。 Support the R&D Manager in cross-functional coordination with Sales, Production, Quality, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution. 4、参与或主导生产过程中技术问题的分析、解决方案制定及落地实施。 Analyze and resolve technical issues during production, and develop and implement effective solutions. 5、负责ERP系统中产品资料、BOM及相关技术数据的维护，确保信息准确完整。 Maintain product information, BOMs, and technical data in the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and integrity. 6、根据业务需求参与新技术、新工艺的研究与应用，为产品创新提供技术支持。 Participate in the research and application of new technologies and processes to support product innovation. Qualifications： 1、全日制本科及以上学历，机械工程、产品设计、机电工程或相关专业。 Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Mechatronics, or a related field. 2、具备5年以上五金行业产品开发经验，有完整项目开发经验者优先。 Minimum 5 years of product development experience in the hardware or metal products industry, with hands-on experience managing full product development cycles. 3、有项目管理经验者优先；具备团队带领或技术指导经验更佳。 Project management experience is preferred; experience leading teams or providing technical guidance is an advantage. 4、精通SolidWorks、AutoCAD等设计软件，具备扎实的机械设计及工程制图能力。 Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other design software, with strong mechanical design and engineering drawing skills. 5、熟悉产品开发流程、制造工艺及五金产品结构设计。 Familiar with product development processes, manufacturing techniques, and mechanical structure design for hardware products. 6、英语达到CET-4及以上水平，能够阅读英文技术资料并编写基础技术文件。 CET-4 or above, with the ability to read English technical documents and prepare basic technical reports. 7、备基础英语口语沟通能力，可进行日常工作交流者优先。 Basic spoken English communication skills are preferred for daily workplace interactions. 8、思维灵活，具备创新意识和较强的问题解决能力，愿意向管理岗位发展。 Flexible thinking, strong problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset, with the ambition to grow into a management role. 经验优秀者可定级为高级研发工程师。 Candidates with outstanding experience may be considered directly for the Senior R&D Engineer position.
