服务工程师

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
2. 2–3 years of relevant experience in servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair of heavy-duty machinery and construction equipment.
3. Strong technical knowledge of heavy machinery, including excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, cranes, and other construction equipment.
4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults.
5. Practical experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy-duty equipment.
6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, hydraulic diagrams, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
7. Experience in conducting equipment inspections, servicing, commissioning, and field repairs.
8. Ability to prepare accurate service reports, maintenance records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
9. Good knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures when working with heavy machinery.
10. Ability to provide technical support and guidance to customers, operators, and technicians.
11. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
12. Good communication and customer-service skills.
13. Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
14. Willingness to travel to customer sites, construction projects, and other locations as required.
15. Good command of English and Swahili, both written and spoken.
16. Must be professional, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
