1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics and Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while candidates with relevant logistics experience will have an added advantage.
3. Basic knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, shipping, and supply chain management.
4. Ability to coordinate the movement, delivery, and tracking of goods, equipment, and spare parts.
5. Knowledge of import and export procedures, customs clearance, and shipping documentation is an added advantage.
6. Ability to prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, delivery records, invoices, and reports.
7. Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse coordination.
8. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
9. Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
10. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with suppliers, transporters, customers, and internal departments.
12. Good command of English and Swahili, both written and spoken.
13. Must be responsible, reliable, organized, and willing to learn.
