该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: Technical Communication:

▪ Manage application engineering projects/ topics during the development process, communicating with internal functions/departments and external stakeholders, to make sure development is done according to timing, budget and quality target. Application Design: ▪ Responsible for technical calculation(brake system by Bremse6/7, EPB clamp force, tolerance, force, etc.). ▪ Responsible for technical definition of product in vehicle, 3D& 2D design according to packaging condition. ▪ Responsible for technical feasibility commitment with internal IE & external suppliers.

Application Engineering Release ▪ Responsible to prepare release related documents and get application products released internally(MLC). ▪ Responsible for EPB system release and part of release documents, including FSM and QA reviews with respective responsibles. ▪ Responsible to achieve engineering approval sign-off from customer. ▪ Responsible for OTS release, change/deviation release in regard to ME topics.

Quotation & Front Loading ▪ Customer technical requirement analysis(specification, SOR, etc.) coordination. ▪ Preparation of internal Technical Product Definition and customer TA documents. ▪Share task with purchasing on definition of suppliers.

Overall technical Project Management

Responsibilities ▪ Milestone plan including releases (timing, content, desired product maturity). Project Team to give input for responsibilities. Sys PM integrates timings from project team into overall timing. ▪ Work Package planning ▪ Prepare and maintain Risk&Action&Opportunity list. ▪ Coordination of customer test parts/vehicles and organizing evaluation and assessment of vehicle testings(with support from project team). ▪ Approval of test reports (static, dynamic, vehicle, suppliers). Problem Solving:

▪ Responsible to direct problem solving. ▪ Responsible to problem analysis with A3, for problems during development or for support of customer/plant after SOP. ▪ Responsible to escalate to upper management, to avoid potential loss of company business/reputation.

任职要求: ▪ CATIA & EWM knowledge, excellent MS office, project, PPT, Excel, MKS EPB system release tools

▪ Clear understanding about system development & release process, test strategy

▪ Communication skill with local customer & internal IPT(organize meeting, presentation)

▪ Familiar with brake product function and component

▪ Good at project planning & structuring, , decision making, risk management

▪ Familiar with release process, gate reviews, MLC release, PLC, change management

▪ Familiar with ASPICE/ISO26262

▪ Familiar with APQP process
