该职位来源于猎聘 对供应商的液冷工艺进行技术监督和实际验证，具体包括： 1.现场工艺审核：每日巡视供应商工厂（AVC/Boyd），重点关注真空钎焊、精密焊接、泄漏测试和组装等环节。 2.可制造性设计 (DFM) 和技术反馈：对生产线进行可制造性设计评审。根据生产数据和反馈，向设计工程师提供反馈，以优化冷板和歧管设计。 3.工艺审核和文档编制：制定和审核技术文档，包括控制计划和失效模式及影响分析 (FMEA)。定义测试标准和检验准则。 4.生产准备和设置：监督生产线的设置，包括专用工装夹具的验证。 5.技术根本原因分析：主导根本原因分析并实施纠正措施。 6.良率和能力提升：监控每日生产指标，以提高良率并减少缺陷。 Daily responsibilities focus on the technical oversight and physical validation of the liquid cooling process , including:

• On-Site Process Auditing: Performing daily floor walks at the supplier facilities (AVC/Boyd) —specifically Vacuum Brazing, Precision Welding, and leak testing and assembly
• DFM & Technical Feedback: Conducting design-for-manufacturability reviews on the production line. Provide feedback to design engineers to optimize cold plate and manifold designs based on production data and feedback
• Process review and documentation: Developing and reviewing technical documentation including control plans and FMEAs. Defining the testing standards and inspection criteria
• Production Readiness & Setup: Overseeing the setup of production lines, including the validation of specialized tooling and fixtures.
• Technical Root Cause Analysis: Driving the root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Yield & Capability Enhancement: Monitoring daily production indicators to drive yield improvements and defect reduction.
