About the role
This is a customer service position in a retail or food service establishment where you will welcome customers, process orders, and maintain store operations.

- Welcome customers
- Receive orders and process payments
- Serve gelato
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Check stock levels
- Open and close the store
- Complete other assigned tasks
About you
- Age 18 years or older
- No education level restrictions
- Friendly demeanor and passion for customer service
- Honest and responsible
- Punctual
- Able to communicate in English (some customers are foreign)
