What they need
测量并记录病人生命体征：体温、脉搏、呼吸、血压、体重，发现异常情况立即向护士汇报。 协助病人日常起居：洗澡、床上擦浴、梳洗、进食、口腔护理、如厕，协助转移及调整体位，处理失禁护理。 整理床铺、更换床单；进行导尿管护理，清空尿袋、记录出入量。 做常规尿液检测，协助样本处理及送检。 为新入院病人做介绍，讲解病房设施、呼叫铃、餐饮安排。 遵守感染控制、无菌操作要求，保持病房环境整洁，补充物资。 准确填写各类护理记录，对病人资料予以保密。 完成上级安排的其他临床及文书杂务。
有经验优先，必须会普通话
薪酬： $26,000.00至$32,000.00（每月）
