Process Quality Management

• Work with end-customer, supplier and cross-function stakeholders to complete Assembly (SMT, Molding, etc.) process
• OSAT supplier engineering capability assessment
• Drive NPI design review into timely manufacturing delivery
• Manage OSAT suppliers’ quality
• Work with OSAT on Continuous Improvement Program (CIP).
• Manage disposition of non-conformance Material during NPI stage.
• Manage supplier/end-customer 8D SCAR, corrective/preventive actions implementation and effectiveness.

8.3+ years working experience in OSAT manufacturing (Product or process engineering)

• Proficient in OSAT manufacturing process, SIP module knowledge is a plus 10.Knowledge of quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations
• Familiar with QC 7 tools
• Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, DOE and 8D
• OSAT supplier quality management experience
• Be able to work cross functionally and excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent English capability for communication
• Excellent Teamwork capability 17.Ability to work in multiple tasks environment
• Familiar with MS office software, JMP is a plus
• PCB working experience is a plus
• Working @Kaoshiung is a plus
