- טיפול וביצוע קליטת עובדים חדשים, טופס 101, טיפול בקופת גמל ופנסיה
- קליטה ובקרה של ממשקי שעות נוכחות ורכיבי שכר שונים
- הכנת משכורות ודוחות שכר
דרישות התפקיד:
- תעודת חשב שכר מוסמך- חובה
- ניסיון של 3-4 שנים- חובה
- שליטה באקסל- חובה
- ניסיון עבודה עם תוכנות שכר
- שליטה בתוכנת הרגל ואיסופית- יתרון
- ידע בדיני עבודה, מיסוי יחיד, ביטוח לאומי וקופות גמל
- יכולות למידה עצמית גבוהה
- עבודה בצוות ושיתוף פעולה עם מחלקות שירות שונות
- תודעת שירות גבוהה, מחויבות, חריצות, דיוק, אמינות
- דיסקרטיות מוחלטת
- נכונות לביצוע משימות נוספות ככל שיידרש על ידי הממונה
