What they need
- 协助医务化验师完成化验样本接收、核对、标签、前处理工作，包括血液、尿液、体液等临床样本处理，严格遵从实验室 SOP 操作流程
- 化验室仪器日常简单维护、清洁、消毒，试剂清点、库存盘点、耗材补给，做好实验室环境及工作台卫生，落实感染控制与医疗废物处理规范。
- 样本资料录入系统，准确登记样本信息，整理化验相关文件记录，做好档案归档。
- 处理样本查询、内部科室沟通，协调样本流转，及时上报样本异常、样本不合格情况。
- 按指引协助抽血相关辅助工作，准备采血器材，做好样本接收区秩序维护。
- 遵守医院及化验室安全守则、品质管控流程，执行上级化验师委派的其他化验室相关工作
薪酬： $23,000.00至$28,000.00（每月）
