轨道产品设计工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、编制技术文件及图纸清单，绘制产品图纸； Produce technical documents and drawing list, make product drawings; 2、根据项目要求完成产品设计与方案制定，绘制图纸并编制BOM清单； Based on project request to make design, make detail drawing and BOM list； 3、配合产品主管（专家）、项目经理进行投标工作的准备； Cooperate with product supervisor(specialist), project manager prepares bidding job； 4、根据项目要求，制作所有技术文档，对于文档制作内容与产品专家以及客户进行沟通； According to project request, make all engineering documents, and communicate with product specialist or customer； 5、制作新产品方案设计，结构设计与细节设计，编制产品BOM与工艺BOM确保生产部门准确理解与实施技术要求； Conduct concept design, structural design and detailed design for new products, Compile PBOM and EBOM to ensure accurate understanding and implementation by the production department. 6、配合质量部，对应客户及第三方的审核和监查，达到客户及相关法规的要求； Cooperate with quality department, make the quality of our products meet with the requirement of the law and be able to stand the inspection and supervision of our customers and the third parties； 7、制作产品设计所需文档资料, 首样报告，通过确认； Make relative documents for product design, quality measures, ***** sample report, approvals； 8、估算产品的设计成本以及生产成本，试验支持与管理； Estimate the product design cost and production cost Test support and management； 9、负责对首样的调试与实验，解决出现的相关问题； Responsible for product prototype commissioning and testing, solve any issue during the process; 10、编制技术文件，包含产品样本、安装说明书、操作手册及维护手册； Make technical documents including product catalog, installation instructions, operation manuals and maintenance manuals. 11、服从工作安排，完成上级交办的其他事务. Obey the work arrangement, to complete other jobs assigned by line manager. 任职资格： 1、本科以上学历；

Bachelor Degree above; 2、理工科背景优先 Engineering background is preferred. 3、具备生产部工作经验，技术部工作经验

Have working experience in production dept and engineering dept 4、熟悉产品开发流程；熟悉产品的原理、结构、关键元器件和材料、参数和性能要求 Be familiar with product development process; Familiar with the principle, structure, key components and materials, parameters and performance requirements of the product. 5、具备机械制造与生产工艺相关经验，熟悉机加工、装配、焊接、钣金等制造工艺。 Have experience in mechanical manufacturing and production processes, familiar with manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, welding, sheet metal, etc. 6、具备良好的质量意识，熟悉质量管理体系、产品质量控制流程与要求。 Possess good quality awareness, familiar with quality management system, product quality control process and requirements. 7、掌握机械制图、尺寸链、公差配合（GD&T）、形位公差，尺寸链计算等专业知识，能确进行图纸设计与公差分析, 了解生产现场问题，能够从设计端优化工艺性、可制造性与可装配性。 Master professional knowledge in mechanical drawing, dimension chain, tolerance fit (GD&T), geometric tolerance, dimension chain calculation, etc., be able to accurately carry out drawing design and tolerance analysis, understand production site problems, and optimize process, manufacturability, and assemblability from the design end. 8、英语读写熟练 Good command of English both in written and spoken 9、能够熟练操作CAD、solid works、UG等作图软件和办公软件EXCEL WORKD等 Proficient in CAD, solid works, UG and other drawing software and office software EXCEL WORKD, etc. 10、年龄：45以下； Age: below 45;
