תקשורת מול טכנאים מחו"ל, קבלנים לפתרון בעיות בקווי הייצור/ אריזה
ניהול אישי ומקצועי של צוות מכונאים וחשמלאים
ניהול אחזקה מתוכננת , וניהול מבדקים
בניית תקציב שנתי
אחריות על עדכון מתמיד של נהלים והוראות
ביצוע ניתוחי תקלה והגעה לגורם השורש
דרישות התפקיד מהנדס/ת מכונות- חובה
ניסיון של לפחות שנתיים כמנהל/ת אחזקה- חובה
ניסיון בבניית תוכנית אחזקה וכתיבת נהלי אחזקה
ניסיון ניהולי מוכח- חובה
אנגלית ברמה טובה מאוד
נכונות למשרה מלאה (נדרשת גמישות בשעות )
