设备维修主管

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：

• Revise and improve the equipment management system, establish and improve various equipment management systems, and organize the implementation 修订和完善设备管理体系,建立、健全各项设备管理制度，并组织实施
• Prepare annual equipment and facilities maintenance plan, overhaul plan and renovation plan 编制年度设备设施保养计划、大修计划和更新改造计划
• Prepare annual equipment and facilities operation and maintenance cost plan, audit new equipment and facilities purchase, outsourcing maintenance, spare parts purchase plan, strictly control operation and maintenance cost 编制年度设备设施运维费用计划，审核设备设施新购、委外维修、备品备件采购等计划，严格控制运维成本
• Participate in the company's new equipment and facilities selection and technical demonstration, and be responsible for following up the installation, commissioning, acceptance, transfer and other processes of equipment and facilities 参与公司新购设备设施选型及技术论证,并负责跟进设备设施的安装、调试、验收、转固等全部流程
• Be responsible for the management and maintenance of all the equipment and facilities of the company, and organize the equipment maintenance and operation personnel to carry out the spot inspection, repair and maintenance of the equipment 负责公司所有设备设施的管理与维修，组织设备维修和操作人员进行设备的点检、维修、保养等工作
• Be responsible for analyzing the working conditions and potential risks of equipment and facilities, preventing and improving, and improving OEE 负责分析设备设施的的工作状况、潜在风险并预防和改善，提高OEE
• Be responsible for the operation, maintenance and improvement of the company's energy (water, electricity and gas) supply and power facilities 负责公司能源（水、电、气）供应及动力设施的运行维护保养与改进
• Responsible for the safety and compliance management of the company's special equipment 负责公司特种设备的安全及合规管理
• Be responsible for the emergency repair, cause analysis and responsibility investigation of equipment accidents, summarize the lessons, eliminate the recurrence of accidents, and submit accident reports and handling opinions 负责组织设备事故的抢修、原因分析及责任调查，总结教训，杜绝事故的重复发生，提交事故报告和处理意见

• Be familiar with equipment management system, and have experience in building and revising equipment management system 熟悉设备管理体系，有设备管理体系搭建、修订经验
• Familiar with TPM, lean production, ie, quality management and production management 熟悉TPM、精益生产，懂IE，了解质量管理及生产管理方面的知识
• Be familiar with equipment management in mechanical manufacturing industry, have good problem analysis and handling ability, and be able to quickly solve on-site problems 熟悉机械制造行业设备管理，有良好的的问题分析及处理能力，能快速解决现场问题
• Proficient in word, PowerPoint, Excel, CAD and other office software 熟练掌握WORD、POWERPOINT、Excel、CAD等办公软件
• More than two years of equipment team management experience of more than 5 people, good equipment team management experience and communication and coordination ability, good analysis and continuous improvement ability 二年以上5人以上设备团队管理经验，良好的设备团队管理经验和沟通协调能力，良好的分析及持续改进能力
